Heather is the owner and senior stylist of Main Street Beauty Works. She combines over three decades of experience in cosmetology, with a true passion for color, style, and helping clients feel their true best. When she isn't using her creativity in the salon, she is spending time with her four children and long-time boyfriend. 

Sally has been the industry for over 50 years, working at other salons, teaching cosmetology at York Vo-Tech, and working for the State Board testing girls for their license. Now working as semi-retired, Sally enjoys doing perms, haircuts, color services, and connecting with her clients. In her free time, she enjoys painting and spending time with her husband, children, and many grandchildren.

Missy is the welcoming voice at Main Street Beauty Works, greeting clients and keeping the front desk running smoothly for seven years. With a background in retail and a long track record in customer service and hospitality, Missy makes every visit feel easy and friendly. Missy enjoys cooking, reading, home decor, and gardening. She also enjoys time at home with her husband and their dog, Seraphina.

Kelly has 21 years of experience in cosmetology. She managed Salon 144 for 16 years before joining the Main Street Beauty Works in 2023. Kelly believes you should love what you do, and she loves being creative while connecting with people and helping them feel more confident and beautiful. Outside of the salon, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids, and their dog, Juno.

Karen has been doing hair for 33 years and has been a part of the Main Street Beauty Works team since 2016. She is grateful to work alongside an amazing group of women while also creating unique connections with her clients. She specializes in highlighting and has a true passion for creating beautiful blondes in all shades and tones. When she isn't working, Karen is spending time with her husband, two kids, and three dogs. 

Kristie has been a licensed cosmetologist for over 33 years and has proudly served clients at Main Street Beauty Works for more than 18 years. She specializes in hair cutting, coloring, and perms, taking pride in helping people of all ages look and feel their best. Outside of work, Kristie enjoys spending time outdoors and with her husband, three children, and two grandchildren.

Kala is a 2018 York Vo-Tech graduate with a little over 8 years of experience. She specializes in hair color and women's services. She loves helping her guests feel confident through customized looks while providing a welcoming and relaxing experience. When she's not in the salon, she loves spending time with her fiancé and two kiddos. 

Katie is our part-time Social Media Manager. She has a B.A. in English with a minor in business administration. Her experience comes from her job as a Marketing & Operations assistant for Celebrate Gettysburg and Celebrate Hanover magazines, where she manages social media pages, designs marketing campaigns, and writes articles. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and going on adventures with her dog, Archer.
